Question:

Why does the Army make Soldiers wear reflective belts?

This is especially towards them wearing it for PT. The PT uniform already is designed with reflective material in the shorts, t-shirt, as well as the cold weather PT jacket.

Answer:

The alarm is hooked up to a phone line (ONLY if you are signed-up with an alarm company for monitoring. Otherwise, your alarm only sounds. It does not send a signal.) The alarm dials out to an alarm company's monitoring center. The monitoring station receives the signal through the phone line, it is interpreted by a receiver (which decodes which account the alarm is coming from, which type of alarm and which zone is alarming) and sent to a queue on a dispatcher's screen. The dispatcher calls the fire department and alerts them to the fire. The whole process usually takes less than a minute! The same is true for burglar alarms, panic alarms, etc. I used to work at an alarm center as a dispatch operator.
It could be any number of things. If your car is still running, presumably, then your're looking at something along the lines of your suspension of even your tires. Be careful when you go over those things because if you are unlucky you can damage the oil deposit all the way down below the engine block and spill all your car's oil. Plus, fixing it can be expensive. Have your shocks, brakes, tires and rims checked out so that you are certain that everything is in proper working condition.
The fire hydrant. Enough said.
it sound like you have a wheel barring about to go out of it please make sure you have it checked out by a mechanic be fore you wined up killing your self or some one you love
It could be a ball joint, tie rod, axle or strut. Get it checked for safety sake.
