Why does the USB charger charge?

Answer:

The other loop (responsible for charging) may not be energized!
The charger is the same. One of the circuits tells you that you are charging.
Just like the headphones can be touched by electric shock to separate the left and right channels.
Can only explain the problem of the charger connector.
