Why is it when I wash my hands I get the sudden urge to urinate?
Psych 101... its classical conditioning (remember pavlov's dogs?) washing your hands makes you want to pee because it some point in your life the two went hand in hand...
This isn't a men's health problem. I'm a woman and I het the same thing. I think it's just a psycholical reaction to the feel and sight of water.
You will notice that the water alone will do it some times. Your body is run by nerves and also radio signals called the aura. The aura when changed makes the body respond. Study what you can in the Indian culture first.
Probably sound of water flowing from the faucet causes you urge to urinate. Fill wash basin with water after you urinate, and when you need to wash hands next time, do it not under the faucet but in the basin. See if you will have urge again. If you do association between washing hands and urinating is mild compulsive disorder, nothing to worry about.
