Question:

Why is my Dell Inspiron 1545's HDD making a clicking noise?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop, and the HDD frequently makes a clicking noiseWhen I'm uninstalling a program or otherwise 'exploring' the hard drive, it clicks much worseI know I should back up my data, but before I spend $150 on a portable hard drive, I need to know if my HDD is failingI have never dropped my laptop, hit it, or otherwise damaged it, but I have carried it in my messenger bag a couple times, taking care not to damage itI still have 110 days left on my warranty. What should I do? Thank you in advance.

Answer:

unsaltened almonds, lettuce, spinich
the moooost important food group which you can have anny amount of.veggies!!! especially beans any kind which have an amaazin amount of fibre in them.other than these you can have grains such as wheat but in moderationputting these things as the basic items in your diet and putting the junk(which we all looove)to the minimum will help you get healthier AND fitter too!!! :) hope this was helpful! bye
