Well when I was in school and had to be up at the butt crack of dawn I would just turn my alarm clock up as loud as it would go and put it all the way on the other side of the room. See if you do this you have to physically get up to turn it off, instead of accidentally turning it off in your sleep like I did. D Hope this helps!
