Why the scaffolds need to be inspected within the preceding 7 days and after adverse weather condition?
So you don't fall. The reason you want the inspection to be recent is that people change things when you're not looking. Or, the wind could move something that you're not expecting.
to check for loose parts/bolts/cables/etc caused by heavy winds and storms. Also, heavy rains can sometimes cause oxidation of certain cables which weaken the scaffolding structure over time
To make sure the components are securely locked together and will not collapse when used.
