Can you make a video of one of them? Can you get another witness involved? In the meantime, give us a full description of the scenario. Report the time when it happened. The situation, was in in- or out-doors? Was it in your home, a factory? Give us as much information as possible. But definitely video-tape it. Get a tripod if you can, I hate shaky phone-video's
