Question:

Will a reflective cat collar make prey see him better?

If we are getting a cat, it would be an outside cat. We have a plan for shelter, and it is a break away collar. We live by a highway, so the cars would need to be able to see if the cat even got onto the road. Will the reflectiveness make mice see the glare?

Answer:

Do you have a computer in your room? She probably thinks you are up to 14 year old type things. Maybe talk to your dad about it?
More than suspicious. Report him to the cable company and the police. Especially if you caught it on video. Alot of cable company technicians are private contractors and are common crooks. A simple investagation may show that a lot of this customers have been broken into and robbed.
not really.. he probably knocked on the door to see if anybody was in, he got NO answer, maybe thinking that no one heard him knocking,, he tried the door to see if it was open so he could shout hello its the tv service guy just to let you know the job is done but found the door was locked, so that will mean no-one is home,, hence the reason he phoned you a few mins later
