will i get a decent tax rebate working under the construction industry scheme?

last year i worked self employed for a contractor under the construction industy scheme.my tax was deducted eachh week at 20% and the jo only lasted 5 months.Iv heard that people self employed under the C.I.S scheme usually receive a decent tax rebate because they are taxed without regard to their personal allowance.is this true?Also when will i receive my tax return self assesment and can i include the cost of any tools,safety clothing travel expenses and any other work related costs in my self assessment?any help appreciated,Thank you

Water does not attract lightning any more than anything else does. But water can conduct electricity - that's why they warn you not to use your toaster in the bathtub and stuff like that. Any electricity gets to the water in the pool, and you are in the pool, then the electricity gets you. If there's lightning around, you need to get INSIDE a building, or even a car (and it's not because of the rubber tires, it's because of the metal cage). I don't know if an indoor pool is safe, it might be, but I'm not sure I'd want to be the first to find out that it isn't!
Under the car, directly under the fire wall there should be a drain hose toward the middle of the car, right hand side. Use a straightened coat hanger and poke up into the hose until the condensate starts draining. Don't poke real hard.
