I recently upgraded my 2008 SONY laptop (running Vista 32-bit) to WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 32-BIT.Now when I put in a SD card into the card reader slot, my laptop wont detect it.How can I resolve this problem? Thank for any input!
Go to the manufacturer web site for your card reader and get the Win7 driver, as the Win XP driver is not working its free on the manufacturer web site changing the operating system requires all new drivers for your software.
once you improve interior an OS to anther version, you will create a clean folder named 'previous abode windows, wherein the completed 'information' out of your 'previous' version is maintained. So, once you're al finished, ALL that neat 'stuff' would be interior the 'previous abode windows' folder. you may (if ya choose) Drag and Drop' them to anyplace ya like and delete them from the 'previous abode windows' folder. For protection sake, make backups at the beginning 'stuff' ya wanna save. ;-)
