Windows User accounts - Access to certain parts of windows?

I wish to stop the limited users on my pc from beiing able to:View and access certain Drives in the PCAccessing Administrator DocumentsAccessing Control panelUninstalling ProgramsDeleting system filesViewing the properties of a file by right clicking on it and selecting PropertiesBut i still want the Computer administrator accounts to have access to these things. How do i set up windows so that this is possible? Or what software can i use to be able to do this? Max points for best answer.

I am not sure on the exact distance, but the curb near a hydrant is usually painted red or a very distinctive color and you can't park next to the colored curbrule of thumb,..leave at least a car length around the hydrant, if you have a car parked too close, and there is a fire..even if it is legally away from the hydrant..the firemen can actually run thru your vehicle to gain access to the water sourcethey can break your windows and run the hose right thru you car.me personnally I wouldn't park any where near one
Those alarms have internal backup batteries. They go off to warn you the battery needs to be replaced, but eventually those will also die and then no more noise.
Yes and they are LOUD! What's more fun is at least one person gets caught in the shower and comes out in just their towel. LOL
some alarms have battery back ups in them that go off to let you know that they are not charging.?? otherwise i do not know i am sorrytake care of you and have a good day
