windshield wipers gone crazy. help !?

Answer:

check the plug pins could be bent wires touching
There nay be a problem in the wireing it might be shorting out. You should bring it back to the mechanic that put the new motor in and have them take a look tell them that it wasnt doing that until they fixed the motor and they probably wont charge you!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!
It's probably the parking position switch in the motor itself. There is a switch inside the motor housing to keep power to the motor even when the switch is off so the wipers return to the parked position and don't just stop wherever they happen to be when you turn the switch off. Savy? Also, if you have a modern car with rain sensing wipers, they sometimes give a swipe when the windshield is exceptionally dirty or the sun hits the sensor just right.
