Had to replace the windshield on my 2010 subaru outback. They installed a factory windshield now the wipers scrape and they didn‘t with the old windshield. They changed the blades but they still scrape. What is my next step, I hate the noise. Why did this happen and what can I do?
The arms scrapes the glass or the rubber is making a scraping noise ? I would bring it back once again to find out what is causing this noise.
If they removed the wiper arms to replace the windshield they may have bent them. If so, they owe you new wiper arms--not the blades, the arms. They're what the blades attach to. They're not expensive.
You should have bought American.
