Question:

Wireless keyboards and Mouse?

Hello,I am planning to buy a wireless keyboard and a mouse . Do wireless keyboards use batteries if we're not using them and what you say is it advisable to buy cauz for few days ill b using it and wat minimum range it ll give me.Regards,Rahul

Answer:

Well, yes those uses two batteries normally. I have used it once and I don't like those because whenever the batteries are low you feel that your key typed are missing and then you need to be close to the receiver. If you work a lot with computer then you shouldn't use wireless keyboard and mouse. I assume if you use a big screen and prefer to sit a little away then it won't be bad to have one. Remember, you need to change batteries quite often.
as long as i know it all depends on the keyboard you buy, id it has illuminated buttons then it will use the battery more and yes they keyboards use the battery all the time when the computer is on, but if its off it doesn't. even though keyboards don't use much power and you don't need to replace the batteries very often. the range will vary from the models and makes. id suggest you something simple since (i guess) you're starting with the wireless tech accessories. id suggest something from Logitech, this brand have never failed me and it is a fair price for value.
instant keyboard and mouse is sizeable, and that i like it by way of fact i do no longer might desire to paintings around a cable anymore. now and returned once you're at a distance, there is going to be an interference and the receiver won't have the flexibility to acquire your enter. yet it rather is at a distance of extra suitable than 3 feet/1m from the receiver so i do no longer think of that's gonna be any difficulty for a good number of persons. The battery will lasts long for a instant keyboard. it will take a minimum of two months or 3 till a instant keyboard runs out of battery ability. you are going to might desire to charge your mouse for no less than as quickly as a week, in spite of the shown fact that. in spite of the shown fact that that's ok because some mouse accepts AA batteries and you will use a pair of batteries on your mouse whilst charging yet another pair externally.
Hey Rahul, I possess a Logitech Wireless Keyboard of model MK250. It cost me 1000 Rs. The mouse and the keyboard both use batteries, the mouse's battery life is about a month. The keyboard requires AAA battery. I haven't changed by battery since i have bought The keyboard n mouse. If you are using it for a few days then you don't require it. Wireless keyboards n mouses have a on-off switch, so battery doesn't get used up while you're away. My keyboard's working range is 10 metres. It hasn't had any problems since i bought it. Sincerely, Anand
