Answer:

Try my cross-country team's 6 minute ab burner routine! For every minute that passes by, you complete each of the following exercises: -Crunches: basic crunches, no brainer-Bicycles: alternate leg extensions while lying on the floor-Leg Lifts: lay flat on the floor with hands under butt and lift legs high into the air-Pie-in-the-sky: Lay completely flat on the floor and simply bring your upper body towards your absYou can hold your arms up in the air if you want to-Caterpillars: balance yourself on your butt and extend both your legs and your upper body away from your absThen retract and bring your body closer to your abs (like a caterpillar but on its back) -Iron Chair (Bridge): enter military push up position and simply rest on your elbows - this forms a bridge with your bodyHold the positionWhat has happened to your body is that it has adjusted to your routine and results are not evidentTry mixing up your routine by being spontaneous and adventurousGood luck!
with your toe or a rag.
Millie is right; sometimes you can lay an ice cube on the spot, and the moisture from the melting ice will relax the bend in the fibers enough to raise the nap without damaging the padding beneath it (You'll still need to gently pull the fibers up and fluff them)If that doesn't do it, lay a wet, but not soggy, clean cloth on the dent, and hold a steam iron just above it for a few minutesBe careful not to touch the iron to the carpet, and keep an eye on it; synthetic carpets may meltPatience will prevent thatIt may take more than one try, letting it dry in betweenHope this helps.
