would a amd phenom ii x4 965 black edition be a bottleneck for a radeon 7850 or above?

im building a new pc with the help of my dad basicly hes gonna pay for everything exept a graphics card wich i will soehow scrape money for so my question was would a cpu like the amd phenom ii x4 965 black edition be a bottleneck for something like a hd 7850 or above and if it is what could u recommend for cpu thats in the amd side cause i dont want to spend too much money to be honesti would have gone for a ii x6 1090t or 1100t but they arent available where i live so should i stick with the 965 or go with bulldozer plzz post even if ur unsure thx in advanced

Answer:

The Phenom II x4 965 is a very viable processor and it will NOT bottleneck an HD 7850. I do not recommend buying a Bulldozer CPU.
the cpu and gpu are a great match. there isnt a game out right now that i know of that could bottleneck your cpu. your videocard will become the bottleneck before your cpu.
i'd go alongside with the 965 because of the fact it has a greater physically powerful frequency (GHz). No recent video games can take abilties of 6 cores enable on my own 4 cores. Over right here few years video games will to be programmed with parallelism in mind yet that's even inspite of the undeniable fact that 5 years away till now than it is going to become mainstream. in case you intend on doing video artwork or working digital machines then you definately will benefit severely from 6 cores vs 4 cores. procuring the 6 middle processor will show 0 gaming progression over the 4 middle.
