Question:

Would a Proto Primo loader work with a stock Azodin Kaos paintball gun?

I have been having some trouble with ball breaks and have tried turning my velocity down, I heard that this loader was a well priced loader, and I don't see myself shooting above 8bps with a mech gun in the near future, so I hope this will work. I just want to know if I will have to sand the hopper down or something since I have a stock feedneck... THANKS

Answer:

Yes you can sand down a hopper, some people have done that with old markers that don't have a clamping feedneck. But I believe that Azodin has a locking feedneck where you turn the feedneck to tighten and untighten it. I would recommend you find an electronic loader though. The primo is only a small step ahead of a regular gravity feed. Look for a Halo, they go very cheap with new hoppers out on the market. And if you ever decide to get an electronic marker you are all set.
Yep. in easy words situation is the fittings, because the Ion makes use of macroline fittings for it even as the Kaos makes use of a metal braided hose. you're prepared to apply the Kaos hose, in basic terms get rid of the setting up from the Ion reg.
The Proto Primo is, agreed, only a small step from a regular gravity-fed loader. I've even noticed blank shots while playing pump (not that i pump faster than 8 bps, heck no at all, it's just that no grav-feed is as consistent as any electronic loader). Check out an Invert Reloader at least.
