Would we make good money collecting beer cans and aluminum trays at tailgaters leave at football games?

Answer:

i take the entire bundle and soak it in good quality olive oilThen wrap it in foil and put it in the oven at a low temperature (no more than 200 degrees) for about 1 hour but check it after 20 minutes - the bigger the entire head, the longer the cooking timebtw if you want to flavor the garlic you can do so in the soaking processFor examlpe, you can add onion juice or hot sauce to the olive oil.
preheat oven to 400 slice off about the top 1/8 or 1/4 place on baking traysliced side up .drizzle olive oil over tops of garlic place in oven to 20 mins remove coolslide cloves out tada!!!! also there are variotions
