I‘m going through a set of front tires after a couple of hours, driving on concrete road. It seems that I have to adjust the tie rods to suit the weight of the drives. Mostly inside tire ware.
Ask in the auto section, bicycles do not have tie rods.
I'm sure the neighbors are in the habit of walking by your house every day, not just working days. When the neighbors go by with the dogs stop and talk to them, let them know that their dog is making a mess on private property and they are responsible for cleaning this up. Hopefully that will work. If you catch them at it say something then too. Most towns you are required by law to pick up after your dog so check with the ACO.
Tire ware. where? There is no ware there, only wear. Dude, seriously! If you are going through tires (9/32 tread) in a couple of hours they are sideways out of alignment. Get it up on an alignment rack. The most expensive front end alignment is far cheaper than a set of tires.
