Well, they use civilian areas to launch their attacks knowing full well that the Israeli Military will target those areas. Why do you think there is always collateral damage when Israel retaliates? If Hamas and Hezbollah had any honor or cared about their own people they would not use regular neighborhoods to launch attacks. Funny part of this argument is that Hamas and Hezbollah DO NOT care one bit about their own people but act like their actions are somehow helping them.
