If the above two cases are ruled out, you need to consider replacing the new wires.
If the inverter alarm words still need further out, please need to open the lid and then put the U/V/W converter three lines removed from the new electric start inverter, inverter if normal, then the problem lies in the output line and the spindle plug that side, can open the plug check welding loose or dust mody.
First check whether the inverter alarm state; please put the electric plug into spindle off the alarm, open the new power converter if the inverter can start the normal display frequency, so the problem lies in the power supply voltage is not normal or spindle.
