there are no power going to the pump, the ASD relay controls the fuel pump relay, so that is the one you have to see. spray some of that staring fluid in the intake and try to star the caravan, if it try to star then you have a problem in the fuel pump circuit, if it does nothing then the problem is somewhere else. The place to see is the ASD relay, it should be two grounds and two powers at the pins while cranking. good luck
The fuel pump is wired through a relay controlled by the ECM. If the engine is not being cranked, or running the fuel pump does not run. Since you know the fuel pump will run when hot wired, that leaves only the fuel pump relay. It is in the underhood power control module and will be labeled on the cover. Some of the other relays are identical(ac compressor, asi, some the horn and starter relay is the same). Pull the ac relay and put it in the fuel pump relay receptacle to test.
