A few weeks ago I broke a bracket on my top teeth and I sort of freaked out. Its still on the Wire. I can just move it on the wire and spin it around and stuff. Anyway I called the orthodontist and they didn't schedule a closer appointment, I still have my appointment in January. Everything was ok. But today, I was eating ice cream with chocolate in it and I bit down on the chocolate bit and it broke another braket! Idk what to do. I haven't told my mom yet and I don't know if I should call the orthodontist and tell them. I'm scared :/ it's still on the wire , but I can do the same as the other one. What should I do? :c
Your orthodontist should have called you in immediatelyI think you shuld call them back and make them schedule an appointment ASAP with you. Till then just hang in there!
