I got a recipe off of the net this morningCan't remember what site I got it off of and only jotted down basic info (loosen breast skin rub under skin with butter, salt and pepper skin, then bake at 475 for 20 mins then lower temp to 250 and bake an additional 20 mins/lb in a covered roaster (covered the whole time).1I don't have a covered roasting pan so I put it in a pan and covered it with aluminum foil.will this make a difference?2I'm afraid at the end it won't be crisp brown skin because it's been covered the whole time.will the skin brown and crisp? If no, what can I do to make it that way without drying the bird out?Sorry, I'm a turkey idiot :).Thanks in advance.
Michael Jackson for constructiveall people who thinks female Gaga is extra powerful than MJ could desire to be an entire dumbassI advise, i like female Gaga's track, yet she isn't any the place close to as spectacular as Michael Jackson became.
No problem with the foil.just uncover the last 1/2 hour or so and baste with the juices every 15 mins or so until brown.
