Unless there is a local law, it is not required. Most places require fire alarms and basic rules about how many people can live there, but the other things you mentioned, I've never seen in places I've lived.
Unless your city/county/state requires this, this is not a typical requirement. Check your local laws to see what is required. My state requires working smoke detectors and that's it as far as fire safety.
I think they only have to provide smoke detectors but every city is different. call your local fire dept and ask them what the laws are. you may have to buy your own fire extinguisher.
Additive because it combines the three primary light colors together to give you any other color. By the way, it's not always wise to get your homework answers from the internet. You don't really learn much that way.
