3 metallic ores in Oklahoma? for school project, i searched google but can‘t find any, ty

Answer:

Lead zinc are the only metals I could find with a quick search, but I'm sure iron ore is also mined there.
No metallic ores are presently being mined in Oklahoma. However, in the past, the northeastern corner of the state, near Picher, was where deposits of sphalerite (a zinc ore) and galena (a lead ore) were mined. Another metal, cadmium, was present in very small amounts in these ores. Near Glencoe, in Payne County, there is a small deposit of chalcocite, a copper sulfide, and its alteration products. I have been to the deposit but if there was any mining it was on a very small scale. Other places in the state, mostly in Permian age sediments, have copper minerals. A few localities have small amounts of uranium minerals. In the Ouachita Mountains are small deposits of manganese minerals. I am not aware of any significant deposits of iron ore.
