i have 45 kva Perkins diesel generator cranks, battery is ok,does anybody know why the engine doesn't start?every think looks clear!!!please help!!!

Diesel cranks but doesn't start. All that's left is the fuel system. Is there a pre-heat unit? Is it working? Pressure at the injectors?
