my son used to sleep in his bed but some reasons he wont now.he sleeps on sofa we done taken him to bed done all the stories etc,he just wont stay in bed he gets out starts screaming we put him to bed he carrys on,that its upsetting my other son ,he falls asleep on sofa and leave him as we think unfair to upset him and other son,we have tryed so much,we have talked about why he dosent want to sleep.he given us a few reasons.we have reassured him but it dosent work.

It could be an anxiety issue, I did the same when I was younger - I liked it because I could hear everything, see everyone who got up in the morning and I was closer to where family time was. In my bedroom, I felt alone and secluded from everyone. Also, I liked the couch too for spacial issues - the living room was always a better temperature than my bedroom so I found myself gravitating towards the couch on some nights. I still sleep on the couch the odd time, and watch old movies.
whats wrong with sleeping on the sofa? my brother likes to sleep in the living room, its more spacious and there's a television. maybe he's scared of some thing or some one in his room..
