Question:

50mm rubber material with what cutting, more labor-saving

50mm rubber material with what cutting, more labor-saving

Answer:

A synthetic rubber made by copolymerization of butadiene with acrylonitrile, referred to as NBR. It is a kind of synthetic rubber which is resistant to oil (especially alkane oil) and has good aging resistance. Acrylonitrile butadiene rubber content (%) has 42~46, 36~41, 31~35, 25~30, 18~24 and so on five kinds. The more the acrylonitrile content, the better the oil resistance, but the cold resistance decreased correspondingly. It can be used in the air at 120 degrees Celsius or at 150 degrees centigrade for a long time.
Nitrile butadiene rubber is prepared by polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile by emulsion polymerization. Nitrile rubber is mainly produced by low temperature emulsion polymerization. It has excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesive force. Its disadvantages are low temperature resistance, poor ozone resistance, poor insulation properties, and slightly lower elasticity. Nitrile rubber is mainly used in the manufacture of oil resistant rubber products.
Ding Qing rubber liquidity is relatively high, the overflow boundary value is very small (at most 2 wire), do not exhaust will produce the flash, and feel the effect will not be obvious, if do not directly exhaust overflow hole hit after the hand cut, or to do more to improve the exhaust thimble.
It also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent adhesive properties. Widely used in various kinds of oil resistant rubber, oil resistant gasket, gasket, sleeve, flexible packaging, soft hose, rubber roller, rubber cable printing and dyeing materials, become the indispensable elastic material in automobile, aviation, petroleum, copying and other industries.
