Question:

60 layers of aluminium foil is the equivalent to how many layers of copper foil ? RFID?

if building a machine to block out RFID How many layers of copper will be as effective as aluminium foil ?Thank you.

Answer:

So far as I know, tin is still used to coat the inside of tin cans.
i don't think things are really made out of tin anymore because aluminum has proven itself to be just as practical and more abundant/easier to makeso where we used to use tin for things like cans and foil we now use aluminum because it is basically better in every way.
Depends on the thickness of each, and on how well you seal the edges But I'd say a layer of either would be fineRFID is blocked easily, for example, a static free bag will do, and that has a very thin layer of aluminum on it PS, a metal box is not a machine.
