I think you made an error in stating your question. You asked what mass can be filled? Did you mean what mass can be lifted? This can be easily calculated by multiply the ratio of the areas of the pistons. The force applied to the smaller piston will be multiplied by the area of the larger piston / area of the smaller piston.
