Not sure I have cookie crumbs but I misread the recipe for the lemon bar base, usually only 1 cup flour to 1 cup butter (plus minced nuts)Seems like I could do something interesting? perhaps use as a base, add cooked pudding, chill, turn upside down add whipped cream?? Do you think that would work?
