I had this problem as well until I figured out that you have to coat the baking sheet with a little EVOO and place in the oven with your other food first to get the pan hot then add the potatoesFor some reason this works and the potatoes do not stick You can also try my salt potatoescoarsely chop the red potatoes and boil with 1cbutter, 3 tbsp salt and 2-3cwater until doneDrain; add 3-4 tbsp more butter a splash of milk and parsley, salt and pepper to tastemix without mashing and serveSome of the potatoes will mash a little but that's ok it just gives it that creamy appearance and you still have hearty bite size potatoes to serve.
