The cement I'm wondering about it 3 feet deep and 2 feet wide. I'm wondering how long it takes to dry completely??Thanks!

About 24 hours for you to walk on it. 7 days for it to get completely hard, and 28 days to reach its ultimate strength.
by cement I assume you mean a mixture of cement, sand, gravel and water ?, it will be completely cured in about a week depending on temperature, amount of cement etc etc
It varies, best way to find out is by reading the bag the cement mix is in. Some are quick drying while others require longer.
cement doesn,t dry, it hardens. that takes about 1 day but it has to cure for 7 to 10 days.
