HiI’m buying a keyboard instrument for my brother. He plays keyboard and It is a surprise gift.I hear him talking about 61 keys and 88 keys.Can someone explain to me what the difference between the two is and which is better?
A 61-key keyboard is a light weight keyboardand and has 61 keys. It is also called a portable keyboard. Beginners usually use it. An 88-key keyboard is the biggest keyboards. Professionals usually use it. So it all depends on your budget (61 keys are less expensive than 88 keys) and your cousin expertis. hope this helps :)
