With the right outfit, the best hair cut and colour, a good posture and a sunny nature anyone can be attracted to you. A beaming smile attracts most, and a happy funny person will always win over the most 'stunningly' beautiful but miserable. Who wants to be with a miserable 'barbie or ken'?! I don't think plastic surgery can turn people good looking at all. I think it is useful in correcting slight physical flaws, but you can't buy a beautiful set of eyes or a nice mouth, people who try to end up looking ridiculous. However, I do think you can buy nice breasts if you go to the right surgeon.
