i spilled soda on my mini acer laptop computer and at first it worked fine but the keyboard would not work at all i figured the keyboard was broken how much do you think this will cost?
If it's a keyboard problemmaybe $25-$40 depending on laptop model. Check OKorder for sellers. First try removing the keyboard and reseating the connector. It may have gotten wet. BUTspilled liquids usually leak thru to the motherboard causing much more expensive repairs. I'd try reseating the connector, then replacing the keyboard in that order. Replacing the motherboard typically costs more than a new computer, so that should be a last resort consideration.
At least a 100 bucks at a shop if not more. I'd leave it off if I were you. That pop can get inside the laptop and completely ruin it by shorting it out. Rule in my house is zero liquids around any of the computers.
