My hair is medium to long length (just a bit down from my shoulders), basically thick, but also stubborn. It's naturally wavy (and some small curling) but I usually use my flat 2 iron and heat protection spray to straighten every other day or so. It's got split ends, dead at the ends (from heat), which I plan on having someone close help trim off.Everytime I try curling, it comes off a wavy mess, or just super poofy curls. This is close to my ideal curls:
what does having a lighting rod at a church have to do with christians having faith in god??
We also wear seat belts and never step in front of trains. God created the laws of physics, which cannot be violated without paying the penalty.
Riding in the snow and sludge of PA in the winter will be a real task. If you had a trike or 3 wheeler you might be more able. Between salt and snow and ice could be a real problem. If you get into trouble on the bike - you have little protection other than snow when you lose it. You windshield doesn't have a wiper like a car - so in order to clear it enough to see where you are going - you have to have a little speed to blow it clear . Without a windshield googles or helmet shield can suffer in the same way. So don't just think of your tires and sliding - Hope this has been a help
They are for insurance purposes. Interestingly if you look at insurance documents you will see that lightning is listed as an 'act of god'. So really when you think about it, lightning conductors on churches are there to try to make god ineffective in case of anger at that church.
Just in case atheists show up in the Church.
