Alternative to baking cookies on cookie sheet?
Any flat-bottomed oven-safe metal pan that you own will do - When I'm making a small batch I always use my cake pan (it's smaller and easier to wash) Pizza pans work well tooYou could probably get away with going pan-less and using aluminum foil, but getting them in and out of the oven would probably be a trick.

I would suggest going to the wallpaper store and find a wallpaper that looks alot like aluminum Like this: and there are many more out there too
