Answer:

if you re having trouble getting started make a small move such as starting an eating log or buying walking shoes you re three times more likely to follow through if you start with small gestures such as these
fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process
Howdy, i just think your at a healthy weight, and it sounds like you workout a lot so good for you! You are most likely just gaining muscle right now.which you probably know weighs more then fat.and then you start losing weight.PS this is one of the main reasons people just quit exercizing and eating right because they arent seeing results, but the trick is to keep doing it and then it will come off i promise, hope that helps, bye!
It would help to know what your goal isWhy do you want a small kit? Where and when are you going? Essentials for survival, especially when deciding what to pack, are very personal questions and often relate to the type of activities you're doingMy survival pack for canoe trips is very different from what I take backpacking on well traveled trails For example, when I'm in the BWCA, where I sometimes cook on a fire, I bring an axe for splitting woodOn a trail that sees a lot of use, dead wood isn't as available and carrying that axe takes a lot more effort so it stays at homeThings to add thoughSignal Mirror - buy 2One you want to practice with, the other you want to keep scratch freeShiny objects can work (like a CD or tin surface), but they aren't as effective and if you're in a survival situation, you want somethign that worksSpace Blanket - they're a vapor barrier, so you can use it to make a shelter, keep you warm, or try to stay dry (though you'll sweat inside, so it's not as effective) Water bottle - I know it doesn't fit inside, but never go anywhere without one, even if it's a 20 oz soda bottleIf you are very careful, you can boil water in it, though it will lose it's shapeAn altoid tin isn't going to give you the volume that you need, making the process of boiling enough drinking water very longAdditionally, the altoid tin is going to be hot and it will be very easy to spill your water.
