Question:

Aluminum Bats?

I used to hit some pretty nice shots with my bat, then i went to the batting cages, and then i got dimple ball marks all over, so i went home, and tried to get rid of them, by using car polish ( or something like that) the next day i went to go hit against some live pitching, i kept on grounding everything right into the ground, Do you think the polish made everything slip right off the bat? or was it just me,? and if it was the bat, how do I make it less slipery

Answer:

Fiber is very easy to get in foodsFruits, vegetables, bran, bread, and nuts all contain fiber.
Metamucil is goodand yeah, age doesn't matter reallyBut the absolute best way to get fiber, and make it COUNT, is to get it from real vegetables and whole grainsThere are also a lot of cereals that are full of fiber (FiberOne for example) Good luck!
The best fiber supplement is to eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day.
First off, you should have never washed off those little dimple marks with the polish Second of all you should have never used your gamer bat in a batting cageThe batting cage balls are a bit heavier, and leave a nice little mark (or dent in my case) in my baseball bat I would suggest actually getting a new bat to be honestKeep this old one and get a new Aluminum bat for the gamesIts easier to break in Aluminum bats than it is to break in wood ones I would suggest just getting another batI know when I played baseball, I always had at least 3 batsOnce for game play, one for practice, and one for the cagesGood luck!!
