Question:

Aluminum Foil Can it really prevent aliens from reading my mind?

Does anyone have any better alien defense tactics?

Answer:

I would go the better part of an hourCooking without a thermometer is trickier, but you can test the chicken as it cooks by making a small cut into the thickest partWhen the juices run clear, you're OKIf you have a little liquid in the pan it will keep the chicken moist since you might accidentally overcook itIt will still be good to eat and you can assure that it's fully done.
I would reduce the temperature to 325 and cook for about 25 minutes.
I quote from the SAC manual of Extra-Terrestrial Contact Training (ETC), edition 1973: It has been shown that Aluminum Foil, worn as a protective head-covering, will, in most cases, prevent most ET mind scansIt must be impressed upon all potential Contactees that the Foil must be worn with the shiny (reflective side) out, otherwise the Contactee's own brainwaves may set up an echo pattern of debilitating strengthWhen Foil is not immediately available, a coating of floorwax and chicken feathers, or peanut butter and foam rubber, may be substituted for temporary protection [Note: the Peanut Butter must be smooth, rather than chunky style]CAUTION: The use of Aluminum Foil will NOT, Repeat, NOT, protect against physical probes of abducteesConsidering the reported majority of probe locations, Aluminum Foil is a definite liability.
