I need to know the mass in grams of a 1 square foot sheet of aluminum foil.
I think putting his cage somewhere warmer- near the radiator or in front of a window that catches alot of sun would be better, the electric blanket will be way to hot for himMaybe stand the cage on top of it so he can get heat from it if he wants but can escape it on the perches in his cageA hot water bottle would work the same for this.

I would not do this, some of the electric blankets contain chemicals in the heating elements that could cause harm to a bird (or other small animal or a small child).
