What are the release date for Zambezi FX-4100?
It was Q3 2011 but it was pushed back to Q4 2011. It should be out sometime next month.
There is not one, officially. However, considering the Bulldozer Interlagos CPUs -which use the same die- have started shipping, we should expect for AMD to fulfill their higher-margin orders first and foremost. In all likelihood, an October/November release will occur, but you will have ZERO warning - and neither will AMD. It takes twice as many dies to make Interlagos than it does for Zambesi, so if AMD can satisfy the orders in a month we can also deduce one of two possibilities: 1. AMD didn't have many pre-orders (unlikely considering the hubbub) 2. Production is going smoothly, and at strong good pace. All we can do is wait - and guess, I'm afraid...
Whenever AMD gets around to it. It has been delayed several times already. Last prediction was for October, but don't hold your breath.
