I heard these are AMDs new processors is tagging true ? Also are these better than Intels i3 or i5 or i7
Why this brand new Eight Core didn't beat out the older Sandy Bridge processor I will never know. I mean they can see the quad core sitting there. Why not surpass the i7 2600? I mean when Sandy Bridge came out and they got over their Sata issue it was HUGE. As you can see in the benchmarks the Sandy Bridge i7 2600K quad core is beating the 8 core.
They're built more to sell then to outperform intel. The 2500k and 2600k are still beating out the FX-8150 in a lot of situations, especially gaming wise, where the FX-8150 loses to the Phenom x6 occasionally.
No, intel i5 and i7 is better than bulldozer
These are good, and at the moment probably the best one out. However, Intel is releasing a new Core processor, which will be MUCH better than the AMD Bulldozer.
High power usage, low single core power. Maybe close to even with the i5 2500 all around (I'd still take the 2500K over it though) All in all, I'd pass on BD
