I like to slice a potato into thin slices, add parsley, salt, pepper, and cook it for about a half hour in a pan I spray with PamThen I add ketchupAnybody have any similar good ideas? Thanks.
Hey George, I have tried it and I don't recommend it, I heard the same thing, so I am the type that would just about try anything once, and I admit it I am not perfect I screwed up big time, so if you like bits of foil in your eggs go for itHave a look at what Betty said just above me, I think she has nailed it perfectlyThumbs up Betty.
Chunk up potatoes with the skin on (well washed of course)Mix 1/3 cup oil with a package of dry Onion Soup mixToss potatoes in itSpread on a cookie sheet and bake at 350F for about an hour, turning oftenDelishYou can also add cubed carrots and onions if you wishDon't be concerned it the dried onions charYou want the potatoes to be well cooked.
most likely while you are scrambling the eggs you would tear the foilthat would defeat the purpose
