anyone have a cheap way to clean silver?
Put aluminum foil in the bottom of a bowl, add a tbs of baking soda and a cup of boiling waterAdd the silver and soak it for about 30 minutesYou can add a tbs of salt if you want it clean faster.unless it has antiquing on it as the salt will remove thatIf you're wanting to do a bigger item, just multiply the recipe until it's enough for your itemWhen you take it out, just buff it with a clean soft cloth.
