personally i like this diet a lot more than atkins or south beach dietits basic and it really makes sense if you know how food digestion worksthe main idea behind it is that fiber takes longer to digest, so therefore you have something in your stomach longer, which means you wont be as hungryi think that this is a lot safer than any other diet, and although you may not see results as fast as the other ones, your results wont leave you if you get off the diet.
