I wrapped cheese in aluminum foil and my husband says it's bad for the cheese but I don't know what the harm would beIt was just because we didn't have any plastic bags on hand.
It is better in cling film but it needs to be wrapped as tightly as possibleIt is best never to unwrap the entire block, just peel open the end a re-wrap.
