Question:

Applying Rayon Ply to tire rubber?

I am working on a project and basically I need a square sheet of rubber that has the strength of Tire rubber. I know tire manufacturers achieve this by putting a layer of rayon ply inbetween 2 layers of rubber but I assume they do this by sheer weight applied by their machines. My Question is:Is there a way to apply the rayon ply layer inbetween the rubber layers on a smaller scale without those huge machines that apply a tonne of pressure or whatever it is to stick it all together.

Drill, or ride a bike and stop using products that require oil. Opps, forget that bike. Start walking.
They guide the cassette tape past the recording heads. They are little plastic spindles.
i have to make sure i understand the problem before i can make a comment. do you wanna expound on this?
This is why most refining and plastics corporations are looking at recycling projects. It's obvious the community at large wants it and if you hurry to provide it you can boost sales until the other companies catch up.
